Google Adsense Account Setup
In this section we will introduce you with 3 easy steps how to setup your Google adsense account. Simple understanding explanation of each of the three main "Google Adsense Setup products", will also be available in this article/tutorial.
STEP ONE. Create an account with Google Adsense:
"Google Adsense" is a simple way for webmasters to monetize their website by placing relevant ads on their content pages. Ads shown on your website will be within the same topic as the content of the pages. In simple words visitors will read your content and probably click the Google ads, and you will get revenue from that.
STEP TWO. After creating your account with Google adsense, go to Adsense Setup, where you choose the products to put at your site. You can implement text/image ads which refers to "Adsense for Content", Google search box and offer visitors possibility to search the web, while you earn revenue from this. There also some products and services you can redirect visitors of your site included to the "Referral" section of the setup. The main 3 Google Adsense products, that you can put at your site are simply explained below.
- Adsense for content
At Adsense for Content, first you need to choose the type of Ad you want to put at your site. These ads are targeted due to content of your site. If your article talks about advertising, then the Google ads shown on your page will be relevant to this topic. There are two types of ads: "Ad unit" which contains text and images or both of them. All you need to do next is to: a)define the format and layout of your ad such as text color,background color, border shape...etc, b) create a channel for tracking your ad performance( this is optional) and finally get the code to put into your website. - Adsense for search
Recently Google has improved their Adsense for Search by adding the customised Search Feature. You can choose the list of websites you want visitors to search from your website, or search the entire web.
Then you can specify the keywords to equalize search results due to your site content. If your visitor will search with the word "Michael" and you have specified these keywords: "Formula1", "sports", "motors" then search results will probably refer to Michael Schumacer.
If you specified keywords like:"music", "pop" the search results will probably refer to Michael Jackson.
Other stuff like, "SafeSearch", Custom Channel for tracking ad performance, format and style of the search box..,etc, are options for making a customized Search box. Finally you can get the code to put on your website.
It is important to implement a Google search box in your site and earn revenue from that. Users will search the web through your Google search box, and you will get revenue from every click they make to the ads displayed from the search result. - Google Referrals
Google Referrals allows you to put advertising products related to your site, such as Google products (where you invite others to join Google Adsense, Google Adwords, download Firefox Toolbar and earn a conversion from their earnings, while they becoming your referrals), automotive, business, Internet, Entertainment,...etc.

STEP THREE. After defining what kind of products/ads you want to show up at your site through Google Adsense, you can get and copy the code(which is a script created from Google to display ads into your site) and paste it into a desired section of your web page.
